Description
A fast-growing international company is seeking a bilingual Executive Assistant to partner directly with the Chief Financial Officer.
This is far more than a traditional executive assistant position. You’ll become a trusted business partner to the CFO, supporting key finance, governance, legal, and investor-related activities while gaining first-hand exposure to executive decision-making and company growth.

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership, you will play a central role in supporting the company’s executive operations.
Executive Support
- Manage the CFO’s calendar, priorities, meetings, and communications
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects
- Prepare briefing materials and ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations
- Coordinate board meetings and executive meetings
- Prepare agendas and meeting materials
- Attend meetings and produce professional minutes in both Japanese and English
- Support governance-related documentation and corporate records
- Assist with equity and stock option administration
- Maintain corporate documentation and shareholder records
- Support legal and compliance-related administrative activities
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for investors
- Coordinate investor meetings and communications
- Assist with follow-up actions and documentation
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for executive leadership
- Support financial reporting, business updates, and strategic presentations
- Help organize information for board meetings and management reporting
