Job Description: School Advisor (Tokyo)
We are seeking a School Advisor to join one of our client’s campuses in Tokyo. This role plays a critical function in supporting both students and parents, while contributing to the smooth operation of the school.
Key Responsibilities
Student & Parent Support- Respond to a wide range of inquiries, including absences, class changes, and academic pathways
- Provide support via in-person communication, email, and phone
- Introduce prospective families to the school and its curriculum
- Conduct approximately 4–6 guidance sessions per day (no sales targets)
- Accurately manage student schedules, including absences and make-up classes
- Ensure records are up to date to support teaching staff in lesson preparation
- Follow up with enrolled students and parents to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Prepare enrollment documentation and учеб materials for new students
- Organize seasonal events (e.g., Halloween, Christmas) to enhance student engagement
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across the school
Onboarding & Development
- Initial 3-week training program covering systems, curriculum, and communication practices
- Assignment to a school campus following training
- Structured performance milestones at 1, 3, and 6 months, with a focus on quality of execution
- Long-term career progression toward a managerial role, including involvement in academic counseling and parent consultations
