We are looking for an experienced agency recruiter who thrives in a high-autonomy environment and wants real ownership over their desk, clients, and market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving business, and delivering high-quality recruitment rather than chasing volume or unnecessary KPIs. What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of agency recruitment experience in Japan (mandatory)
• Strong track record managing full-cycle / 360 recruitment
• Existing professional network and strong client-facing capability
• Business-level Japanese and English (flexibility depending on market and experience)
• Commercially minded with strong ownership mentality
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from business development through placement
• Build and grow client relationships within your market
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates
• Advise clients on hiring strategy, talent market trends, and positioning
• Drive successful placements and contribute directly to revenue growth
• Shape and expand your vertical — tech-focused but open to new markets
